Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an outgoing Cashier who is enthusiastic about joining a new venture and making a significant impact from the very beginning. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for interacting with the public and a talent for creating positive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Offer a warm, friendly welcome to each customer
Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffees and lemonades, ensuring each order meets Ridgerunner Cafe's standards of quality and presentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless, efficient operation
Provide input on drink preparation processes and customer service practices to help the cafe improve and grow
Requirements:
Outgoing and positive personality, with a passion for customer service
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with excellent communication skills
Interest in coffee and drink preparation; prior experience is a plus but not required
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to making Ridgerunner Cafe a success
